It's not really a tourist attraction like a park or museum. There are some services in the building, even a store and places to eat. Convenient if you are around Totsuka Station. Parking is limited. Clean inside and not crowded. There is an outdoor overpass for pedestrians to get to the building from the station. You can also get to the building via a passage way underground from the station.

地下鉄延伸と共に再開発された駅ビルの一角。３０年以上経っているので建物の老朽化が目立つ。
地下のパチンコ屋と飲み屋以外なんにもない
大したことないです。 ある意味負の遺産的な… 昔は有隣堂と塾がありましたけど、今では飲み屋とパチンコビル。
地下1階のトイレは空いてて使いやすいですが、いかんせん古いです。
居酒屋 北海道は大人数の宴会がオススメです
地下が飲食街なんだけど何か、入りずらいね行きたいとは、思わない けど、上の階は居酒屋系で３、４店有るので料金を見てお酒を飲む方なので１番は、北海道かなと自分は、思う料理も旨い地下が、入りずらいから星３にしました。
