I’m Louis Vuitton fans, I usually visit this store when I’m in Japan. Normally I got treated very friendly and welcomely, every time I have a good shopping experience in here. Today I visited here again and I got a terrible service from a Senior Sales named Ms. Makino, I think because I’m a foreigner and I got treated different between another Japanese customers. I felt really unhappy with my shopping experience today and I will never come here again.

It’s a really state of the art store. There are many options to choose from and service is really efficient and polite. There is an inconvenience, sometimes they don’t have enough stuff in storage and if you’re looking for a particular product shown on the shelves, there might not be either the color nor the model you want.

Unfortunately lack of knowledge about their products and hospitality. I had to come here so many times to just repair my wallet and they didn't notice that the new one wasn't properly made even though I easily noticed it in a sec.
