A heaven for Louis Vuitton fans. Smaller than the other stores, but the one at Grand Hyatt is only temporary store when they re-building Namiki Dori Store. One of the best service I know among the other LV stores. #louisvuittonforever

This is the best Louis Vuitton store I have been to. The store is beautiful inside! The staff are friendly and helpful, their English is also amazing!

I was traveling with my elderly parents to pick up a gift for a bride. Having visited other LV stores internationally, I had expected this store to surpassed others in service since the Japanese are known for taking great pride in their work and hospitality. On the contrary, my experience here was awful. The store was NOT busy when we entered. As I smiled and approached four female sales associates and made eye contact, they glanced away and continued to chat amongst themselves, ignoring me. It was awkward since we could not speak Japanese. I finally found a male salesman who was great and promptly processed the sale. I could not help but noticed that the staff was friendlier to the Japanese patrons. After, my sales associate introduced me to the manager who apologized profusely for his staff. Here we saw the hospitality in practice. After we left, he looked at us continuously until we were out of his sight line. In the culture, seeing your visitors off until they are no longer visible exemplifies great respect. Thank you Mr. Maeda for your sincere apology (hence the three stars instead of one).

It’s ok. It wasn’t crowded at all, but we were inside for like 15 minutes, no one said hello, no one came to ask if we needed any help.

Great shop on three floors, almost complete overview of the LV portfolio .
