Had a great experience here. Lowest two floors have a wide variety of confectionaries and a full-size grocery store. I was in the market for some jellyfish (クラゲ), they had it available as either dried or ready-to-eat. The whole place is a full size department store with 8 floors total. Oh, and word to the wise if you're another almost illiterate foreigner like me: shogi boards (将棋盤) and shogi pieces (将棋の駒) are sold separately.

ここのおばはん店員の接客態度が最悪だった。若いからと舐めた態度でこられ、途中タメ口で喋ってきたりしてきて不愉快。ハイブランドなのにこいつ会社に泥塗りまくり。一店員のおかげで良いイメージがない。
広い、きれい、見やすい。お目当てがあった。
