Kiyokawa Shippomura Animal Protection Organization is the english translation for this lovely establishment. I volunteer here as often on weekends that i can because it is fun, the people are great and the animals are very cute. I have a soft spot for this one dalmation Kosaku(see pictures); but they have many animals. Some cats and dogs are victims of abuse and are just looking for love and others simply just need a home and loving family.

Awful place! Went there and all the animals looked like they hadnt been fed or given water in a few days. And all of them were in soiled cages. There was no employees ANYWHERE and all of the animals seemed extremely skittish. Poor things have probably been left there alone for a while. Horrible place, they need to get shut down immediately and those animals sent to a hospital to get checked to see if they are okay after such neglect.

とても丁寧に、説明して頂きました。飼い主さんになる年齢制限があるため、残念ながら譲渡にはなりませんでした。施設外にも、保護されている情報を頂いたので、検討したいと思います。今日は、お世話になりました。
５年前に福島の飯館村から保護されたビークル犬、しずくをもらい受けました。１年前に見とり、とてもいい子でした️
犬は老犬が多く問題を抱えた子も多い中で、スタッフの方々がしっかりと愛情を込めた世話をしている事が伝わる事が多く、将来的に犬を迎え入れる事が出来る環境になれば是非清川しっぽ村から迎えたいと思っています。 猫の方が数多く保護されていて、かなりの数が居ます。 興味のある方はGoogle検索をすると、ほぼ毎日更新されているブログが出て来るので、私の拙い言葉よりもブログを読んで頂ければ、スタッフの方々の動物達への姿勢が分かると思います。 バス停からの距離が遠く、公共交通機関で向かう場合のはなかなか厳しい場所ですが、その分動物達はノンビリと過ごせているように思います。
