My trainer Yuya-san is excellent! He pushes you to the limit and challenges you to push yourself little by little to gain the strength to change your body. I also enjoy how he incorporates weight training with cardio kickboxing training as well. I highly recommend this gym if you are looking to get coached by great staff that put in the best interest for you and your personal health and fitness goals!

以前から大和店があることは知っていて気になっていましたが家から遠く…今回二俣川店にオープンとのことでさっそくカウンセリングをしてもらいました。歯医者の隣ということでしたが入り口が少しわかりにくかったのですが問い合わせたら丁寧に教えてくれました。またカウンセリングもとても親身になって下さりありがとうございます。これからよろしくお願いします。
