Pretty fun place with lots of 50's and 60's memorabilia. The band was great.

Great place for live music, 50s, 60s and more. Mix of ages, 40 to 60 in majority. All kind of drinks and food available, some place for dancing as well

As an American coming to Japan for the first time it was interesting to see Japanese culture in all of it's forms. One of the most interesting connections is seeing Japanese culture connect itself with Western (specifically American) culture. Kento's has a feeling of a speakeasy from the 1920s or 1930s for how you enter the bar and as you walk through the space it begins to unfold, yet you are in the 1950s. Listening to Japanese speaking artists perform American hits from Elvis Presley to the Beach Boys. They were incredible and it was packed on a Thursday evening with a much older crowd I would say (50). Everyone was very inviting and included us in the singing and dancing and at the end of the night they wanted to know our opinion, did it match up to what we saw in the USA. To be honest, it was pretty damn close! They were so talented, and you could tell they loved every minute of being on stage. The drinks were great, food was excellent, it was probably the cleanest and best \bar food\ I've ever had, haha. Definitely check this place out.

The Flames are fantastic. This is one of our very favorite places in Tokyo. I wish we had a place like this in the US.

Just bad, so bad. First and only place in japan where I thought my money was wasted. No video recordings ok I don't mind that. 1200 yen for 12 year Yamzaki (shot) 2500 yen for entry with 10% service fee. It's the themed bar equivalent of mediocrity. Foot note. If you're 50 years of age and have a thing for Elvis era rock n roll sung in gibberish than this is the place for you.
