I tried on several occasions to use this realtor, but they came up with excuses as to why they didnt want to let me view places they themselves suggested. Which made no sense because not only do I speak Japanese, but they have English speaking staff. They act like they are super swamped and too busy to bother. Took my business elsewhere.

ひどい対応！ 当日に内見断られたました。 何日も前から予定空けてたのに酷くないですか！？ こちらでお願いするのは不安になり次の提案もお断りさせていただきました。 今まで時間どおりにこない不動産屋さんが一番嫌でしたが今回の方がありえません。 管理会社の責任もあるんだろうけどわざわざ時間さいてたことにもっと気を使っていただきたかったです。 同じような人が出ないように信じたい！
口だけは動かしてくれます。 言葉遣いは丁寧で、優しいです。 そこから先の事は、期待しない方が良いです。
