The shop can be very busy on the weekend, so I prefer to stop by after work on a weekday. If you need a tuning session, or a first time consultation, it is best to call and make an appointment. But the staff are amazingly helpful and very knowledgeable. And if you just need some small parts or accessories (nocks, points, glue, fletching, stabilizers, plunger, weights, tab, or even sight, belt or quiver) it can be a very quick and easy time. One of my favorite archery shops. And several staff members speak excellent English.

渋谷アーチェリー新宿店は世田谷区池尻の自社ビルへ移転し、【2020年7月8日にリニューアルOPENとのこと。新しい店舗は渋谷駅から1駅。東急田園都市線池尻大橋駅から徒歩5分の場所です。池尻大橋駅は都内有数の射場である世田谷公園アーチェリー場が徒歩圏内にある駅とのことです。

とても待たされました。 私が来店して待っていると「何かお探しですか」と言われました。初心者だったため、相談をしながら購入をしたく、お取り込み最中のようだったのでこちらも遠慮して「相談したいので、先にどうぞ」と譲りました。その後、2時間近く待たされ、その途中に「お待たせして申し訳ありません」と言った配慮の言葉もなく、呆れた私は無言で店を去りました。正直、ここまで時間がかかるのなら仰って欲しかったです。また、「団体様を対応してるため、かなりお時間かかると思いますがよろしいですか」と状況説明していだきたかったです。 もう二度と行きたくないです。
