The atmosphere was very nice but service not so great. Waited 40 minutes for our food order, only to be told it was given to the wrong table. And by the time it came (around 9:30pm) they announced last order! This place is known for using leaks in many of their dishes, hence the name Negiya. (Negi means leak, or long onion, in Japanese). The grilled negi with miso was pretty tasty, but nothing too special as this is a common dish at many izakayas. It's literally just charred leaks and nothing more. On the positive side, our waiter spoke perfect English and recommended several dishes and a good sake from the all-Japanese menu.

Every foods are pretty good taste, a volume of each dishes were enough and it's calmly atmosphere was good.
