Our first taste of Takoyaki in Japan and probably our favorite on the trip! Great price for what you got and the people were very friendly and helpful when they realized we were having difficulty deciding what to order. Wonderful taste with a crunchy interior and soft inside. Very very fresh and made to order which made it all that much better! Great location too and not far from the market which was our initial destination when we saw this.

Always worth a pit stop for the freshly shaved katsuobushi on top of this piping hot, crispy takoyaki, I don't think any of their other branches does this. Super convenient distance away from the rest of Tsukiji, opening hours are relatively early for the area. Probably one of the best of this chain, perfect crunch on the outside.
Oh ...my...gosh...takoyaki is so lit in Japan....none of that deep fried stuff back home! This is the real deal! . When you bite into it, it's like a crispy ball of lava...the slightly fried outer shell which is covered in sweet sticky brown sauce and savoury Benito flakes quickly give way to the soft gooey batter inside. Searching your way through the piping hot lava, you'll find a tasty morsel of perfectly cooked octopus tentacle. The whole experience (if you're impatient and dumb like me) is an exercise in sweet agony. My mouth is constantly on the edge of getting burnt and tasting the sweet savoury snack. . . Simply the best. Better than all the rest.
Great selection of takoyaki. Crunchy outside, soft and moist inside. The Bonito flakes are freshly shaved. Very tasty and affordable!
Service is not good and the takoyaki was average, nothing special.
