Great Hotel/Hostel with private and shared rooms. The infrastructure is great with laundry, kitchens, storage rooms, ski storage spaces, free parking (not very high though) and very kind and friendly staff. They also have included breakfast. It can be an advantage, but there is no option without it and it doesn't have options on the menu or self service buffet (at least not during the whole year) if something doesn't please you, you will have to pay for it anyways. It is also very close to one of the biggest Niseko's ski resort (Grand Hirafu).

Best value accommodation in the area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Manageable walking distance to the slopes (about 20 minutes, when carrying all your gear), in the event that you are not able to catch the complimentary shuttle bus. Accommodations are quite basic but perfectly adequate for resting after a day of skiing. There is a 7-11 right across the street, which is exceptionally convenient considering the scarcity of convenience stores in the greater area. There is also ramen restaurant in the lodge which is tasty, filling, and very inexpensive relative to the other dining options in the area.
Excellent hostel type lodging. Incredibly clean, helpful staff, close enough to the right places so very convenient. Recommend to anyone that doesn't want to spend the cash on a ski-in hotel. Seriously my only complaint is the scrambled eggs for breakfast! Needs a new recipe!
We had a great Niseko holiday. Ecolodge staffs were fantastic, they were helpful, tactful .... it’s like staying in a small community lodge. For Niseko, this maybe a reasonable priced hotel. I find the location great, it has a shuttle that takes you the the heart of happenings. pls try the soba noodle next door and the udon noodle opposite the lodge, highly recommended. Now, there are issues, as it is a lodge, you must be ready to accept the lodge setting, very basic room, small room and shower. Bed placement was really a little off but given the room is small so I guess that’s the best it could be. Pillows... one each and very soft pillows- had a stiff neck the next day. Breakfast was simple but does the job.
Friendly staff and good location for skiing. There is the hotel shuttle bus that brings you to the ski lifts every 20min. We stayed 1 week and we loved it!
let's be honest if you are staying here you could not book something closer. Keep those expectations in check. With that in mind. It's cozy and the staff is nice. We stayed in the third floor and it has no lift. But it's ok reception and entry is at second floor. Internet is quite good. Kitchen might close for dinner a bit too early. Keep on the lookout for the local buses that are free with the full mountain pass. The shuttle of the hotel really needs to be better, finishes very early and does not stop in hirafuru intersection. The room has enough space for two people considering Japan sizes. Breakfast is good and there is one pantry in each floor with microwave and some basics in case you want to get a quick meal. Would definitely improve the shower in the rooms that have them.
Generally good value considering the prices of hotels closer to Hirafu or Niseko. The service was excellent as expected. The rooms are clean with good size & comfortable beds. Breakfast was complimentary and it was a decent selection from salmon to miso soup to toast. I would give one star off for having no basic items such as slippers in rooms or fabric spray. There was also no tv which might annoy some but that wasn’t an issue for us. The one main issue we had was the shower which had very little water pressure, particularly annoying for washing your hair as it takes ages...
Extortion prices during peak season for a lodge. Hot water in common area was lukewarm, wasn't able to cook instant noodles or soup. Bad experience.
