洪水で利根川の水位が上がった時に逆流しないように門を閉じ、ポンプで排水させる施設です。2019年10月の台風19号では利根川が計画高水位に達する見込みになったため、排水を一時停止しました。そのような時には谷田川が溢れるので要注意です。屋上にはライブカメラが設置されてます。
