A lovely spot, although it's nearly underneath the highway! Just take a walk along the river and you will come to it, but it's rather unassuming, so be alert. Once I got inside, the women who were serving greeted me warmly and took great care of me, explaining the available set, then bringing the tasty dango and a cup of tea. The atmosphere, service and food made for a delightful visit. Step away from the crowds and into this traditional spot...

桜餅の長命寺山本やに行く方が多いのですが、あちらは店内のお召し上がり中止な時があるので、そんな時は此方に来ます。三色の団子はどれも非常に上品な餡で美味しいです。三つセットなので桜餅の倍以上の量とお値段になってしまうのでお手軽感ではあちらに軍配ですが、お味は甲乙つけ難いですね。言問通りや言問橋とは結構離れているのですが、此方が橋や通りの名前の由来なようです。どの駅からも微妙に遠いこの辺りへ来るからには雰囲気も含め店内でお召し上がりが良いでしょう。お土産は浅草松屋でも売っています。

値段は高いが、このコロナ禍でもイートインがしっかりやっているのが良い。ただ、イートインの場合換気上三カ所ある入口が開かれているので、暖かい格好は必須。
