Very efficient professional and good value. would definitely rent with them next time. none extra charge and no up selling. i hope all European rental company could be like that.

Very good service. This one has a huge lobby, I was served almost immediately when alighting from the free shuttle bus coming from the domestic terminal. Returning the vehicle was also quick. The car was given to me in good condition, tires were fairly new as well. The only thing holding this back from 5 stars is that you are not allowed to select your vehicle type, just the vehicle class.

Got a old car with some scratch but it is good coz I don’t need to be extra careful as the car initially already scratch everywhere, during my visit there is some one able to speak English although not fluent but is at least he understand, overall is a smooth and ok experience

Nice large offering of vehicles at decent prices. Lots of counters so they can process you quickly and a ticket system that keeps everything orderly. they also have a bus pick up and drop off service and a counter at the airport (which is where you get your ticket for the queue when you arrive. Not 5 stars because on the way back they drop you at the domestic airport which is a confusing and long walk for people new to Sapporo Airport to the international terminal and the didnt even tell you and were a little rude about finding directions. A real shame for an otherwise good experience.

As everyone says, excellent experience. I was a bit worried that this would be some shady operation because the price was too good to be true, and even economy cars were listed as coming with AWD, but was very pleasantly surprised. Huge, modern space, tons of staff, I heard fluent Mandarin, Korean, and English being spoken, everyone was very polite, no upsell at all, and no BS when we dropped off the car. Would definitely rent again, and would never consider paying double for Avis even though I typically rent with them 10x/year or so.

Quick and easy return process..mazda cx5 was in good condition..advise to take their HEP package if you will use expressway a lot..its cheaper.
