I was really impressed by the wine here. I came in out of curiosity, without much expectation. First, I ordered the Senri (千里). The aroma was unexpectedly sweet, almost like plum wine or port. The flavor was unique - quite sour, with strong grape flavors. I’m not sure where the uniqueness comes from, but perhaps it’s because the wine is produced near the ocean. I decided to try another and ordered the cuvée. This wine smelled and tasted more familiar to me - reminded me of wine from the Pacific Northwest of the US. I liked this one too. Overall, an unexpected delight. The Senri was especially unique and I hope I get to try it again some day. Highly recommend others to try it. ご馳走様でした!

能登栗のモンブランを目の前で作ってくれます。甘さ控え目で、栗の風味が生きていて美味しいです。 一緒に頼んだ加賀棒茶も香り高くて、モンブランに良く合いました。 店内はお洒落で落ち着いた雰囲気です。
無花果のパフェが食べたくて行きました。 平日でしたが2,3組並んでました。 一緒に行った夫は「蕎麦に見える」とのことでしたが、モンブランは栗の味が強く生クリームは控えめ。 無花果はたっぷり。ほうじ茶アイスは香りが良く美味しかったです。 パフェとしての味全体のバランスは完成されてはいませんでしたが、金沢の食材を楽しめて楽しかったかな。 スタッフさんたちは皆さん本当に親切で、おもてなしを感じました。ちょっとお値段は張りますが、また行きたいですね。
リニューアルオープンしたお店に行ってきましたー！ 今回はコース仕立てでしたが、通常はコースもアラカルトもあるお店みたいです！！ お昼はカフェ&ワインの販売もやっており、夏季限定のかき氷も写真みましたがとても美味しそうでした！！ 今度はかき氷とワインを買いに行こうと思います！！ 大満足でした！！ありがとうございます。
見た目はインスタ映え!店内もおしゃれな感じで、いい雰囲気。モンブランは好き嫌いがありますが、全く甘くなく芋を食べてる感じ‥。スイーツというよりご飯を食べている気になる。もう少し甘さがあったら良いのになぁ。値段がすごく高いので、一度きりで観光目的で行くならありかなー。
会食のあとに軽く飲みたいなと思い立ち寄ったお店。ワインバーですがビール、日本酒、焼酎もメニューにあります。ワインは国産を中心に揃えているようですが、種類はそれほど多くありませんでした。
