Tri-Force Jiu-Jitsu Shinjuku is a phenomenal school. It is led by Shibamoto-Sensei who is a IBJJF European Open champion and IBJJF Pans silver medalist. The instruction here is very detailed and the techniques are creative. Beyond all else though, the people here are very friendly and welcoming. I only speak English but a lot of the members spoke beginner-intermediate English and were happy to explain techniques to me. It is a clean facility with showers, workout equipment, and gi rentals. I would highly recommend this gym whether you are just visiting or looking for a long term gym.
