I started using this rental car shop since two years ago. Reservation is easy, staff there is nice and the car we get is always nice and clean. I know rental car shop can be a tough business to run, but the manager here definitely does a great job to manage all the staff and provide the great customer satisfaction!

I have rented from Nippon Car Rental Kachidoki numerous times and have been very satisfied. I even had to cancel a reservation inside the o cancellation\ window and the manager did not charge me for the cancellation. Now this is great customer service. I have found their rates very competitive and if you choose to register with them you receive a nice discount with every rental. It is especially nice that they are open 24 hours for our convenience.
Have rented cars from this company a few times now. They are very helpful, even tho I do not speak Japanese. Kachidoki location is open 24 hrs. Very convenient. Will go back again.
