I am visiting Tokyo for a few weeks, and signed up for a class beforehand. On arrival, I was informed that because I don't live in Japan, I cannot attend the spin class and that I could not get a refund either. During the booking process, it never said that I had to live in Japan to attend a class. I was able to book a class without issue does the road at cycle and studio R. I have never had this problem at spin studios in other cities.

非常に親切だし、心地いい放置感。 自分のペースでできていい。 渋谷だからかな？ っていうかここの連絡方法、商売はするけどアクセスはさけるってさ、会社としての姿勢がまずいよね。 コミュニケーション障害かよ。 ソフトバンクやヤフーのカスタマーセンターみたいだな。
