Great gym, one of the better ones on island and the are being mindful of social distancing and limiting the number of people in the gym. Which is actually quite nice because now I can always get a machine lol
The gym has plenty of free weights, some good machines, and plenty of cardio in the main part of the gym. There are also rooms for spin classes, matial arts, a climbing wall and a basketball court. And if you prefer to exercise outdoors, there is plenty of equipment that is partially covered. There are also lots of classes, massages, supplements and smoothies offered at the gym. Overall the gym had plenty of amenities and friendly staff. The only downside, which is common among good gyms, is that it can get crowded at peak hours.
Covid safe and managed well
Kind of packed at lunch time and the H.I.T.T. equipment is hot to the touch.
Great gym, has all the amenities you could ask for.
