Tuesday lunch. Reasonable prices! My dal curry lunch set was only 700; Husband’s two curry set was 1,000. Plus all you can eat naan (yum) even at lunchtime. We made use of that. ;) Spiciness was more than I expected. Friends got “very spicy” and were satisfied; I got “medium” and it was very spicy for me (yes, my bad)... Husband’s medium spinach chicken curry tasted a little milder and tolerable, so maybe it depends on the type of curry. But in any case the tastes were all great. And the amount feels like a bit more than the average curry shop (not sure though). Maybe some music would contribute to the atmosphere... and restroom/mirror could use a bit of scrubbing. Credit card accepted. We all left very satisfied!
Stop going to Gorkha's this is where it's at. It may be a lesser known spot but you'll get better quality Curry (omg the cheese Nan), and the staff are more passionate about what they do.
Great food and fast service!
By far the best Indian curry establishment around base, far better than Gorkha. Gorkha gives you very fatty and chewy cuts of meat in their curry, especially all those with chicken. The sauces are richer, and you get a more hearty helping of naan as well over at Delicious. Great pick if you are on base and looking for a filling lunch during the week. Can't recommend this place enough to those who love good curry!
