Most of the lifting equipment is old and a little rusty and has no cable row machine, but does its job. It has three floors: Studio, machines and cardio and golf. Has hot baths and sauna.

This place covers not only gym, weight training, aerobic studio, spa, swimming pool, but also indoor golf driving range. I can spend 3-4 hours easily having a good workout then relaxing time there on a Saturday afternoon. You can also see some regulars. Most amazing is the over 60 ladies are still super fit.

週２でジムに通ってます。機械の種類が豊富。大手なので安心。コロナ対策はバッチリです。他の店舗に行ったことはないですが、客層はかなり良い店舗だと思います( ω )静かに集中してランニングマシーンを利用出来ますのでここの店舗はオススメです。

2019/06/28 男性スタッフの受付の対応が悪い。 間違えているのに謝らない。 マシンエリアは空いている。 数も多い。 ロッカーもキレイ。 風呂有りだが使ってない。 駅から距離がある。

マシンも施設も古いわりに目黒区というだけで高すぎ。5階立てなのでジム内の移動も面倒。24時間系のジムのほうが格段に良い。スタッフとかこんなに必要ないし安くしてほしい。
