Great place for general fitness. Small compared to other bases and can get crowded but that's like any other gym. Has everything you'll need and variety at least! Make sure to register yourself for 24 hr fitness! If you don't, you won't be able to access during unmanned hours!

I enjoy my workouts there.
Only issue is with the track just outside next to the parking not allowing strollers. Everything else about the gym is great, just wish I would be able to do my workout and then be able to walk around the track with my kid.
I love this gym and they have a smoothie place with all the protein, workout gear and BJJ gis you want! SMH I borderline jealous but had a blast working out here.
No one is there at 3am so perfect time to go!!!
