Machines are kind of old but they definitely do the job, super cheap (400 yens for a day, cause you can re-enter for free) but you have to live or work in Shibuya-ku. There are showers but you need your own soap and towel.

The place is cheap and expansive - 400 yen. The machines are relics and the showers don't have soap. Other than that if it's a casual workout you're after then it's an alright choice. Not for serious gym-goers.

Not as many machines as I would like but for 400 it is pretty good. I went on a week night and it wasn’t too busy either
