The place looks like from the late 80's, it's a good place if you are 70 years old or more, mainly older folks there. For me It's not worth the membership price since, it's almost the same as Gold's Gym. The machines are new and so is the cardio equipment, but not too many of them. The free weight area is limited and old, not that you care how old a dumb bell is though. They have: Smith machine, bench press, two benches, dumb bells go up to 30kg, there is only one barbell and the staff complains if you do dead lifts because it's \too noisy\.

施設は古く、お風呂がない点と洗面所付近で異臭がするのは残念でした。ただ、私が訪れた時間帯はそれほど混んでおらず、器具を使うのに待つ必要もなく、トレッドミルは最大6０分使える点は良かったですし、はじめて訪れた私にもスタッフのかたは親切でした。 いい点悪い点ありますが総合的に考えて、多分、このコナスポにはいかないと思います。

ネットで調べて料金プランの確認の電話をしました。電話は男性が出て、不安そうな話し方でしたが、とりあえずプールの都度払いの料金と入会費を案内してもらい安かったので行こうと思っていました。 1ヶ月後にまた電話したら女性の方が出ました。今日行きたいと話すと、前日の事前予約が必要なことと、都度払いは前案内された料金よりも高い料金を案内されました。前話していたことと違うというと、謝罪もなくそのようなプランはありませんとしか言いませんし、質問に対しての回答がなく遠回しに話を長くされ不快でした。ノロノロと話す人で全然話が進まず、電話料金の無駄でした。

こどもがスイミング、体操習っています。 スイミング付き添いの親で一階はいつも混んでいます。 大人のジムにはあまり力を入れていない感じ？ 電話の問い合わせは丁寧ですがいつも時間かかります。 指導時には、個性的な方もいらっしゃいますが、ほとんどの方は親切だと思います。
