Very good place for gym, pool and many other things.

An option for kids to have swimming classes. However the swimming pool gets so crowded during the weekend that the kids can barely swim. There is space for parents to watch the class. Car parking is available and the fee is around 100yen for an hour. Bicycle parking is also available. I've never been to the gym. This I cannot review it.

金山駅より徒歩10分程度なので、同駅利用者にとっては利便性が高く、さらに遅い時間まで営業（通常23時＆24時間営業）しており、終電近くまで、エクササイズが可能。 スタジオプログラムは充実しており、更にはジムエリアからスタジオが見えるため、何をやってるか分かるので、興味が持てる。 スタッフも十分な人数が配置されており、対応も良い。 客層は40台以上が多いように見えるのは、私の利用した時間がたまたまそうだったのだろうか。それとも、若者には安くない会費が負担かなぁ。
