Stay away from this rental company they are dodgey. Booked a car, when I arrived I was informed that the car had no insurance at all and I had to pay extra no matter what even though I have my own insurance. Told me in the event of accident would need to pay for entire price of car! All other rental cars I’ve used in Japan cover insurance with an excess you pay if you have an accident. Staff member also indicated I needed to pay for their toll card if I wished to travel out of the city, this is not the case, tolls can be payed by cash.

It was a last minute booking. Still went smoothly. I returned the car a little earlier than expected and they gave me a discount even though I didn't ask for it.

素晴らしく教育されたスタッフが丁寧に対応してくれます。 金沢でも屈指の対応だと思います。 また次も必ずまたここに来よう、そう思うお店です。 ガソリンは帰着時精算出来ますので、給油しなくても戻って大丈夫でした。価格もリーズナブルです。

返却で利用。店舗(ポルテ内)と駐車場が少し離れています。ナビは役に立たないのでご注意を。 東茶屋街方面からだと進行方向、金沢駅前左手にある「ガーデンホテル金沢」を過ぎて直ぐの一歩通行の路地を左折しなければトヨタレンタカーの駐車場に辿り着きません。さらに私の場合は駐車場に社員さんがいなくて、ポルテ内まで呼びに行く羽目になり疲れました(;)清算は店舗の中でしたが受付の方は感じ良かったです。
