Small gym, with strange hours. Decent if you are going to take full advantage of the classes and pool, but the lifting/stretching/cardio area is ridiculously small.
もともとは厚生年金事業振興団の施設で、古いがプールもあり当時としてはすばらしいジムだったのだろう。現在の運営者が内装などをリニューアルし、かなりきれいになったがマシンは古い！従業員は親切な方が多い。サウナや風呂はありません、ご希望の方は福井南か敦賀店へ。コロナの影響か来店者が減っているのでマシン待ちが無いのがうれしいが、活気が無いし従業員の苦労を思うと早くもとに戻る事を願う！！！。
スタッフの皆さんの笑顔が素敵でいつも元気を頂いてます！
コロナウイルス以後、人が少なくなって来た。自分は週3日ジムにいってます。骨盤体操を、しています。
