Located in the heart of Ginza, we thought it would be fun to try a traditional Japanese afternoon tea. I had made reservations in advance online, and asked my hotel to confirm the day of, so we had no issues when we arrived. This place definitely takes their tea very seriously — do not make the mistake of asking for milk or sugar with your tea like I did! The savoury tea items were delicious, but some of the traditional Japanese sweets were a little too unique for our liking. Service was polite, and they even gave us a little thank you gift on the way out (crackers of some sort). We also picked up a few snacks from their gift shop, much of which was beautifully packaged and perfect for souvenirs. Overall, it was a little expensive(5000 yen per person) and we probably wouldn’t do it again, but if you are a fan of high tea, definitely consider this option for something different!

Great ambience and delicious lunch set meal. The seasonal tea is a must try. They have english menu too. Cant wait to be back to try their afternoon tea set. Their traditional dessert are not very sweet.

The service and ambiance were both great. The Ichiju-sansai lunch set, however, didn't meet expectations for the price. If you decide to visit, I would recommend sticking to the tea and sweets.

Really love here. Peaceful. All designs and services always satisfied me. You can feel Japanese hospitality. Caring well about details. You should try gyokuro. It's a different world of tea.

What a special experience. I wanted to enjoy Japanese dessert, and this was incredible. We went for the afternoon tea. We could chose 2 types of tea each (included in the price) which were described on a menu. We were showed the raw ingredients of the tea, so our choices were in line with what we'd like. Perfection!

Atmosphere 4 star Food and tea 4 star, a bit pricy Service 0 star if I can give since they make you unpleasant I have been there more than once, but the staff there always a bit cold, and arrogant. Today when I visited there, I was the only one at entrance and the staff completely ignored me and I have to ask if I can use the cafe. Cold and unprofessional. When I bought some sweets and left the place, the other staff at entrance didn’t say thank you. Well she pretty much completely ignored me the whole time I have been to 5 star hotels and Luxury brand shops. The service is far more better than them I don’t know why the hell the staff acting so snobbish?? Feels like the customer is interrupting them..

Very unhappy - they did not accepted us because we had a child with us. Very frustrating.

Perfect service! And the warabi mochi was awesome. The waitress recommended me a fantastic tea! I felt well served as a tourist.
